A gamer since I was 4 years old (beat Super Mario Bros. on NES), I have had a passion for gaming my entire life. As a graduate in Game Programming and a current Professor in Game Design for over 6 years, I have never left the world of gaming and I incorporate it in my everyday life as much as possible. I have two beautiful baby girls, Adalynn & Willow and a wonderful girlfriend, Linda. We also have a dog, Eli, and a Cat, Luna. I am a part-time streamer on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/freddrock) and I am both blessed and humbled by the support I have received while doing what I love. When Bioware’s Mass Effect: Andromeda was announced back in June of 2015 there was a rush of excitement and glee. These feelings were caused from a player-base that was thrilled to have more from a series that had taken them…

Playstation Trophies Ruined my Gaming Life

Gone are the days where I bought a game for the hype or lust for wanting to play it so bad just because it was the next big thing. If the game doesn’t have frequent trophy pops during gameplay I…

We take for granted the day-to-day exhaustion that General Store owners go through in order to keep their stores in stock and ready for the next customer. If the store doesn’t have the product that the customer came in looking…

Sega Mega Drive Classics Review

With the successful release of the NES Classic Edition and the SNES Classic Edition consoles, a huge want for easy to access retro games has come to the forefront. You would think that every old console would start preparing their…

Jotun: Valhalla Edition Review – Nintendo Switch

Coming off of playing through God of War to its entirety, Norse mythology was fresh in the mind and it was definitely time for some more God-like fights. Unfortunately, the game I was about to embark on was going to…

Death Road to Canada Review

It has been over two decades since I have played the game Oregon Trail or anything like it for that matter. I absolutely loved the idea of surviving a long and treacherous journey while maintaining my food, water, items and…
