COMMUTERS COME FACE-TO-FACE WITH MAMMOTH MARSHMALLOW MENACE AS STAY PUFT SMASHES THROUGH FLOOR OF WATERLOO STATION
There’s something strange in the neighbourhood at London’s Waterloo Station. First thing this morning, crowds of commuters were stunned to find that the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man had smashed through the floor of the station during rush hour.
Standing at an incredible 2.9m in height with a circumference of 8.5m, the marshmallow menace has taken over the centre of the station and allows commuters the chance to capture a selfie of epic proportions.
Stay Puft is not the only strange phenomenon taking place at Waterloo Station; supernatural slime is oozing down poles above the concourse, eerie snatches of sound from New York City can be heard in a busy commuter tunnel and a pop-up New York Subway entrance has appeared on the main concourse.
But help might be at hand – a team of people were seen handing out business cards encouraging commuters to call the ‘GHOSTBUSTERS’ headquarters on 0800 2229 911

At cinemas today, GHOSTBUSTERS makes its long-awaited return, rebooted with a cast of hilarious new characters. Thirty years after the beloved original franchise took the world by storm, director Paul Feig brings his fresh take to the supernatural comedy, joined by some of the funniest actors working today – Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth. This summer, they’re here to save the world!
