Dyson Sphere Program, the smash hit sci-fi sandbox building game from Gamera Games with global sales of over 2.5m, today sees the launch of its exciting combat update; Rise of the Dark Fog. This update introduces a brand-new combat system into the game, where players will engage in both production and combat against the hostile force known as “Dark Fog.”

Introducing new defensive systems and adding brand new combat abilities to Icarus, the player’s mech avatar, building your Dyson Sphere now has even greater depth to consider. For players who prefer a peaceful building experience, they can optionally turn off the Dark Fog, to maintain their peace and quiet while developing their extensive solar energy capturing factory.
The update marks the first in a series of major updates that will introduce new combat systems to the game, bringing huge cosmic battles, space stations and fleets to Dyson Sphere Program throughout 2024 and beyond. The free update can now be accessed Steam, Microsoft Store and PC Game Pass.
