Nomada Studio and Devolver Digital have announced Neva Prologue, a paid DLC expansion exploring how Alba and Neva’s bond first began. The DLC launches on February 19 for £2.49 across PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.

A Story Before the Journey
Neva Prologue takes players back to the very beginning.
This time, Alba follows a trail of white butterflies into corrupted swamplands, where she discovers a frightened wolf cub left alone in a hostile world. What follows is the emotional origin of the partnership players came to know in the main game.
To survive, Alba must gain the cub’s trust while navigating blighted wetlands and the dark forces lurking within them.
New Challenges for Returning Players
This expansion is designed to be played after finishing the main story and promises a tougher experience for returning players.
The DLC introduces three new locations, each with unique gameplay mechanics, alongside new enemy types and intense boss encounters. For completionists, five hidden challenge flowers are also scattered throughout, offering extra tests of skill.
A Deeper Look at Alba and Neva
Rather than a simple side mission, Neva Prologue aims to expand the emotional core of the original experience, giving players a closer look at the moment that shaped Alba’s lifelong bond with Neva.
The standalone DLC launches February 19.
