Studying BSc Psychology at University of South Wales. Primarily a musician with a love of all things audio technology and audio production gaming is my escape into hopefully beautiful worlds full of wonderful experiences and phenomenal soundtracks. I review with an unbiased ‘try anything once’ mentality and love to find wonderful little indie games or audio technology and will pull any game apart with no discrimination. In general my preferred games are story-driven open world adventures of any kind though I will play anything if I find fun in it. You can contact me at thomas@invisioncommunity.co.uk

Crest Review

In the beginning, there was the word. Language is an important thing as words change over time. Their meanings move, ebb and flow with modernity. What something meant at the level of words and deeper thousands of years ago may…

Vampyr Review

Spooky scary squishy vampires. How does one define consequence? As a term, it refers to the result or effect of an action and we generally see it as unpleasant. I remember picking up inFamous one bank holiday and being particularly…

Battletech Review

Heavy Metal. I look in horror at the abysmal failure my mission was. My mechs lie all over the place, legs blown off, fairly rare weaponry in pieces, and several pilots dead. It was going so well, and in just…

Finishing Thoughts – Middle Earth: Shadow of War

Round two with the loot box controversy, and here we stand with the forbearer to my previous thought. It is undeniable that Shadow of War is a mixed bag. The world of Tolkien is one steeped with rich history ripe…

Lake Ridden Review

No Jason here though. Lake Ridden tries to do what many games have done in the past, provide an enriching story experience through the medium of walking through a detailed environment. We’ve seen this done many times before from as…

Beast Quest Review

Beast Quest comes from a long series of books, 110 to be precise at the time of writing. It’s a series aimed at boys around the age of seven, and target your typical fantasy adventure. Now with a wealth of…

The Pillars of the Earth: In the Eye of the Storm Review

Slow is probably the best way of describing The Pillars of the Earth now that I’ve finished it. It is focused on story more than any other game I have played in a long time. It tells a long book’s…

Penny Punching Princess Review

I’ve got a lot of stuff arriving from NISAmerica soon, meaning plenty of Japanese games coming up. It’s always risky, and especially so with the Switch. Games which work well on the Switch are short, arcade style games which you…

Sandberg ActionCam 4K Review

Go… pro? Owning a GoPro, or any other ‘action camera’ is only for a select few: Sportman, climbers, people with money to spare, long-haul drivers, and the like. Rarely does the average person require blowing the £200 plus for a…

The 25th Ward: The Silver Case Review

Weird is a poor descriptive. There are a few rules of Psychology you will learn when you start a degree. Rule one is to never self-diagnose (take note Tumblr) as introspecting too much is only going to cause problems and…
