Studying BSc Psychology at University of South Wales. Primarily a musician with a love of all things audio technology and audio production gaming is my escape into hopefully beautiful worlds full of wonderful experiences and phenomenal soundtracks. I review with an unbiased ‘try anything once’ mentality and love to find wonderful little indie games or audio technology and will pull any game apart with no discrimination. In general my preferred games are story-driven open world adventures of any kind though I will play anything if I find fun in it. You can contact me at thomas@invisioncommunity.co.uk

Black The Fall (PC) Review

It is very hard to talk about Black The Fall without talking about Inside. The second you load up the game it is obvious. Inside plays through the story of a strange young boy in a red shirt running through…

MXGP3 Review

Motocross games have been missing for a little while. Forza, Need for Speed and Gran Tourismo all cement the four wheel end of the vehicle spectrum but I haven’t had any fun motocross experiences since Motorstorm. MXGP3 sets to change…

Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap Review

Remakes are one of the biggest hit-or-misses with games. A lot of games I remember loving in my youth are drenched in nostalgia, looking better and playing smoother than I recall. In recent memory I remember booting up Dark Chronicle,…

Dark Rose Valkyrie Review

Japanese RPGs are always a hit-or-miss experience in the west. I’m not a huge anime fan, I don’t consume a lot of Japanese content, and the last games I played from Japan really held back on too much anime styling.…

Sorgina: A Tale of Witches Review

There is something to be said for the storytelling style of games. Mostly these days games have transcended far beyond the original and simplistic gameplay of Doom to become deep, enriching stories set in unique an wonderful lands. Some games…

The Long Journey Home Review

Very few games capture the heart straight from the beginning, and each that do does so in a unique way. Recently I have found that missing from games, and to my recall the only game which recently struck home was…

The Sexy Brutale Review – Groundhog Day got interesting

The Sexy Brutale is not your typical murder mystery game. In fact it is really unlike any other game I have played. It is a macabre cartoon puzzle starting as a murder mystery and ending in a lavish story of…

KWORLD S28 Elite Gaming Earphones Review

Meet the KWORLD S28 Elite Gaming Earphone (not a typo; that is exactly what is on the box.) Headphones boasting ‘BASS ULTRA BASS’ and adjustable sound effects via interchangeable back caps. Truly the headphones must be the next level of…

Dell Latitude 14 Verison 7414 Review

We all have that innate fear of breaking our expensive technology. That iPhone you only just got on contract; the fancy TV you just bought; the laptop you took to university that you now have to eat noodles for 2…

Thrustmaster Y300 CPX Ghost Recon Edition Headset Review

I have a lot of headphones. In-ear, over-ear, open-back, closed-back. I have a bit of an audiophile obsession due to my love of music. They all vary in sound quality, build quality and how much bass is added; and listening…
