RTX, Rooster Teeth’s celebration of animation, gaming and comedy, today announced new guests, programming and event highlights at RTX London, happening September 15-16 at the ExCeL London. Achievement Hunter is coming to London in full force, adding Trevor Collins and Alfredo Diaz to the lineup. In addition, RTX London will add special guests Chilled Chaos, Criken and BedBanana of the group Sideshow, Andy Cortez from Kinda Funny and Cow Chop members Brett Hundley, James Wilson, Lindsey Washburn and Jakob Weiss.
Attendees will experience the latest and greatest games on the RTX London floor: Xbox’s booth will feature Forza Horizon 4, PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS, which recently announced its Full Product Release (1.0) update, and ID@Xbox games. A Bethesda gameplay hour will highlight RAGE 2 gameplay of 18+ content with Achievement Hunter members, and attendees will get an UK exclusive to play RAGE 2 on the show floor. Square Enix will exclusively premiere new Just Cause 4 footage on centre stage and will be offering playable demos on their double-decker Shadow of the Tomb Raider bus sponsored by GAME.
RTX London offers fans of gaming, animation and comedy a stacked schedule of panels, screenings and live shows featuring the brand’s most popular shows and creators. Flagship podcasts including The RT Podcast, Always Open, and On the Spot will be filmed live at the con. Animation fans will catch panels with exclusive footage and exciting announcements from Rooster Teeth’s next big anime-style series, gen:LOCK, as well as sneak peeks at the upcoming RWBY Volume 6. Fans of Rooster Teeth’s gaming group Achievement Hunter will enjoy Off Topic Live as well as a panel for their upcoming ghost-hunting reality series, Achievement Haunter. Bendy and the Ink Machine will be playable at the Rooster Teeth Games booth, the console version launches this October.
In addition to must see panels and cool gaming activations, attendees will have the opportunity to get their photo taken by Rooster Teeth’s staff photographer, Wes Ellis, in an exclusive photo booth, and visit a Blood Fest themed bar and lounge inspired by Rooster Teeth’s first horror film out August 31 on VOD.
After a successful launch event in 2017 that saw 15,000 attendees, Rooster Teeth is returning to the U.K. RTX began in 2011 in a field next to what was then the Rooster Teeth office and now draws a record 65,000 attendees to downtown Austin for its annual flagship event. Beginning with RTX Australia in 2016, RTX has now expanded internationally to Sydney and London, with more international events to be announced soon. Past RTX events have had keynote speakers like Hideo Kojima and Andy Serkis, and screenings from Fox, Adult Swim, Netflix, and more. Gaming exhibitors have included 343 Industries, Xbox, Bethesda, and Nintendo.
