Bigetron Red Aliens and Futbolist have emerged victorious at the PUBG MOBILE World League (PWML) Season Zero Finals, proving themselves the best teams in the East and West Leagues. The Finals took place this past weekend, from August 6th-9th, and saw the finest 32 PUBG MOBILE teams in the world battle it out across 24 exhilarating rounds, before Indonesian team Bigetron Red Aliens and Turkish team Futbolist were crowned PMWL Season Zero East and West League Champions. The PMWL Season Zero Finals saw over 1.1M concurrent viewers tune in for the event, and PMWL Season Zero has seen over 40M hours watched since it began on July 11th.
The PMWL Season Zero Finals were an extremely close, expert display of skill and in both regions teams fought until the last circle to determine the Champions. In PMWL West Futbolist was praying to the PUBG MOBILE gods as they watched Loops Esports fighting for the Championship, only to be taken out by Udr Killers shortly before they could have taken the lead. In PMWL East Bigetron Red Aliens (BTR) managed to secure enough points in the last match after T1 took out Orange Rock, making BTR back to back Champions with a 9 point lead.
Following the Grand Final, Alper Umut “Solkay” Can Ayyildiz from Futbolist and Ngô Ngọc “BreaK” Hảiwere from BOX Gaming were named the inaugural PMWL Season Zero West and East Grand Final MVPs, each receiving a $3000 reward for their outstanding performance in the competition.
PMWL Season Zero is a new PUBG MOBILE global esports competition which began on July 11th. Due to the global pandemic, the PMWL was changed to an online only format, with 20 teams joining the World League East and 20 teams joining World League West, all battling for a total prize pool of $850,000. Fan Favorite Players from different regions, which were voted for in-game by the community in July were also revealed during the PMWL Season Zero Finals, with each player receiving a $2000 prize reward:

- Vivek Aabhas “ClutchGod” Horo – TSM – South Asia

Episode two “Be Resilient” introduces RensKy from team Morph, a new contender to the SEA competition and follows the stories of Valdus Esports MARTIN, Team Secret MADTOI, and the Bigetron Red Aliens twin duo Zuxxy and Luxxy as they move closer to the PUBG MOBILE World League.
