Plus, Pokémon Sleep has hit over 20 million downloads worldwide on iOS and Android since its launch in July 2023. Here’s what you can look forward to:

To mark the first year of Pokémon Sleep, get ready for these awesome in-game events and gifts:
Three New Sleep Styles Play Pokémon Sleep by sleeping with your smart device or Pokémon GO Plus + device by your pillow. Check your sleep tracking results when you wake up and team up with Professor Neroli to record Pokémon sleep styles. Complete daily research tasks to increase your chances of discovering these new sleep styles:
- Sprigatito’s Tucked Sleep
- Fuecoco’s One-Eyed Sleep
- Quaxly’s Seated Sleep
First Anniversary Fest
Join the First Anniversary Fest from Monday, July 15, until Monday, July 29, 2024. During this time, you’ll have a higher chance of encountering Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Complete special missions to receive Sprigatito Incense, Fuecoco Incense, and Quaxly Incense. First Anniversary Lead-Up Gift Week
The First Anniversary Lead-Up Gift Week is happening now and lasts until Sunday, July 14, 2024. Log in during this seven-day period to claim up to 1,050 bonus sleep points. To get these gifts, log in during the event period and tap the Main Menu from the home screen, then tap the gift box icon on the upper-right side of the menu screen.
In-Game Gifts to Celebrate 20 Million Downloads To celebrate 20 million downloads, all Pokémon Sleep players can receive these in-game gifts until 5:00 a.m. BST on Monday, August 26:
- Sleep Points ×1,000
- Main Skill Seed ×1
- Dream Cluster M ×1
- Poké Biscuit ×5
To get these gifts, log in during the distribution period and tap the Main Menu from the home screen, then tap the gift box icon on the upper-right side of the menu screen.
