Crunchyroll reveals a slate of new anime titles for summer, including GIBIATE the latest in a series of Crunchyroll Originals. It is set in the year 2030, where zombies and monsters called Gibia, roam Japan and samurai and ninja try to defeat them. Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy) is behind the original character design for the series. The show premieres on July 15th.
Other new shows for summer include:
Healin’ Good Pretty Cure about three girls who defend a secret world inside the Earth called The Healing Garden.
“Mr Love: Queen’s Choice.” the story of a young woman who inherits a company from her late father and becomes the producer of a TV show. Airs July 16th.
“The Misfit of Demon King Academy: History’s Strongest Demon King Reincarnates And Goes To School With His Descendants.” A demon king is reincarnated 2,000 years after his reign and ends up going to school with his descendants. Premieres July 4th.

“Rent-A-Girlfriend” is about the aftermath of a big breakup where Kazuya Kinoshita meets Chizuru Mizuhara, a young woman who works as a “Rental Girlfriend.” Premieres on July 9.
“Fire Force” Season 2 seeks out the next Pillar and protects humanity from another Great Cataclysm from occurring! Premieres on July 3.
