Explore the New Colorado Map: Mammon’s Gulch
Journey west of the bayou and explore Mammon’s Gulch, a treacherous area nestled within the Rocky Mountains. This new biome features 16 unique compounds, offering fresh strategic possibilities as you navigate the torched towns, deep mines, and rugged peaks. Take the high ground to outmaneuver rivals, or descend into the dark depths to confront unimaginable horrors.
New Wild Target: Hellborn
Introducing Hellborn, a fearsome new Wild Target that blends fire and flesh. This entity roams Mammon’s Gulch, emitting immense heat and posing a serious threat to any Hunter daring to face it. Track Hellborn using Dark Sight, but be quick—its raging howls can attract rival Hunters, turning any encounter into a deadly showdown.
Scorched Earth Event
Dive deeper into the lore of Mammon’s Gulch with the in-game Scorched Earth Event, running from August 15 to October 7. Unlock new equipment, weapons like the 1865 Carbine and Infantry 73L sniper rifle, and gear up with tools like Bear Traps. The event also introduces a new Weekly Challenge system and a Battle Pass, offering both free and premium rewards.
CRYENGINE 5.11 Upgrades
Hunt: Showdown 1896 takes full advantage of CRYENGINE 5.11, delivering enhanced visual fidelity, improved audio design, and refined gameplay. Console players can enjoy the game in native 4K at 60FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, while Xbox Series S offers 2K at 60FPS.
