Esports Insides has announced the return of its flagship event, ESI London on 8-9th November, connecting the biggest global brands with the most influential leaders, and world class speakers in the esports industry.
Taking place at the vibrant BOXPARK Wembley, a 20,000 square foot dedicated events space, offering an immersive food, drink and leisure experience, the event promises to combine the best of traditional esports conferences with not to be missed entertainment (Axe Throwing anyone?) across the two day event, with speakers of the highest calibre set to be announced very soon.
The esports industry has seen continued growth over the past few years, seeing a significant spike during the pandemic when traditional sports came to a halt, and the global live streaming audience increased. The industry is expected to surpass the $1 billion mark by the end of 2021 according to select industry analysts, whilst brands and big faces like Louis Vuitton, Lexus, David Beckham, Drake, and Warner Music have all entered the space as they look to better connect with the digital generation.
ESI London will deliver networking, education, debate and fun, as it commits to providing attendees with the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the esports landscape from prominent industry leaders, as Esports Insider has been doing since 2016. There’ll also be the chance to connect with well-known global brands and esports stakeholders from the teams and tournament operators to the game developers, publishers and everyone in between through unrivalled networking opportunities.
Setting the standard, ESI London features 75+ speakers, over 400 attendees, a collective of panels, keynotes and brand showcases, and guarantees two days of in-depth discussions and debates covering a multitude of key topics at the heart of esports.
The themes covered at ESI London on 8-9th November will be:-
- The Dotted Line – Esports’ Commercialisation, Partnerships & Revenue Growth
- Angels & Unicorns – Esports & Investment, 2021
- Esports and communities
- In Play – The state of esports & betting – 2021
- Reaching new audiences – Esports sustainability
Discussions will cover the progression of the billion dollar industry and the various approaches by key stakeholders and brand leaders who will share their insights and experiences. Sessions will examine topics such as the growth of esports betting, the future of esports investment, sustainability of an industry growing at an accelerated pace; and the current state of esports ecosystems.
Offering a twist on traditional networking, ESI London is introducing three traditional networking zones, alongside offering competitions and fun networking alternatives including Axe Throwing (Bad Axe), Pop Golf and VR Gaming as part of the two day event, giving attendees the opportunity to experience the fun side of networking. To celebrate the return of ESI’s major event, Esports Insider will also host opening drinks on November 7th which is set to take place at BOXPARK Wembley.
