Codemasters and Koch Media are excited to see the F1 racing series adjusting to this difficult times utilising one of the world’s best racing game franchises – the F1 series. Current Formula 1 drivers Charles Leclerc, Alex Albon, George Russell, Lando Norris and Nicholas Latifi have all confirmed their participation for the second instalment of the F1 Esports Virtual Grand Prix this weekend.
The award winning game series, developed at Codemasters always follows the real race-season and year in terms of content, tracks, drivers as well as technical adjustments to the cars or new rules – sadly this causes a change of location from this weekend’s “real” race track in Hanoi, Vietnam to the virtual track of Albert Park, Australia.
