FACEIT has announced there partnership with Team Vitality, to help launch a new range of gaming initiatives, including new gaming hubs, the opportunity to be scouted by one of the biggest esports teams in the world, a new clan and tournaments throughout France.
The partnership aims to create a safe place for any French CS: GO enthusiast to gather and play along.
The new Hub will see next-level competitive experiences for the Team Vitality community and give French CS:GO top players an unseen spotlight.
- FACEIT is the leading competitive platform for online multiplayer video games, with over 26 million users. Through FACEIT, players, organisers, game developers and brands can access a dedicated platform for the development of competitive games.
- Team Vitality is a global esports organisation, home to the world’s best players competing across eight games. Team Vitality is also a recognised lifestyle and entertainment brand, with a worldwide following of over 13 million across social media, and carries industry-leading partners such as adidas and Tezos.
- As part of the partnership, Team Vitality will use FACEIT’s expansive infrastructure to begin creating the first dedicated CS:GO gaming hubs in France, start -up a clan for worldwide Team Vitality fans and organise tournaments across France.
- The Gaming Hubs will be used to find the next generation of professional CS:GO players and the top five players from France will be sent to the FPL-Challenger Qualifiers, allowing them to have a chance to qualify for the best in house-league where top professional players train and be scouted by top teams (including Team Vitality)
- Team Vitality will have dedicated moderators across the Gaming Hubs and the Clan to manage player reports and various match-related issues.
- The players will be competing for a variety of prizes, including cash, Vitality merchandise, hardware or FACEIT points (which can be used to buy in-game items such as skins).
- Vitality merchandise will be added to the FACEIT shop, and the players who earn FACEIT Points playing in the Vitality competitions will then go to the shop and purchase that merchandise with FACEIT Points they have accumulated.
