IronOak Games and Curve Digital have announced that their rogue-like RPG adventure, For The King, is adding a FREE “friendly” competitive multiplayer mode to the game, entitled Gold Rush, this Friday.
Scour the land of the cursed Midnight Woods and take on your friends in a race to win some rare treasure from Fergus The Mad.
Here’s an overview:
- This update is completely FREE to owners of For The King and will be live on Friday 26th October.
- Online versus multiplayer for up to 3 players but only one can be the true victor!
- Players can’t fight each other, but can subvert each other’s plans, the winner is the first to retrieve 100 gold pieces.
Having already sold over 200,000 units on PC, For The King is heading to consoles in 2019.
