Sucker Punch showed off breathtaking landscapes and combat sequences for Ghost of Yōtei, alongside confirmation of the “Legends” multiplayer co-op mode. Expect snow, fire, meadows, and mists — all rendered beautifully, with free DLC arriving in 2026.
Resident Evil: Requiem
Capcom gave a chilling look at protagonist Grace Ashcroft’s backstory. A power outage, a panicked mother, and a dark incident set the tone for this next-gen horror experience. Resident Evil: Requiem launches February 2027.
Lords of the Fallen 2
The sequel to the dark fantasy RPG was teased with a cinematic trailer, set 100 years after the original. We saw the Lamp Bearer, flaming swords, and angelic figures — gameplay is promised later in 2025.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight
Announced for 2026, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight spans Batman’s origin story to Gotham street crime. Highlights include Matt Berry voicing Bane and appearances from Catwoman, Joker, and The League of Shadows.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV
Fans of the RTS series can look forward to Dawn of War IV, revealed for 2026 with four factions battling it out on the World of Cronus.
Monster Hunter Wilds × Final Fantasy XIV Crossover
Hunting just got collaborative. A teaser showed the exciting crossover, arriving in late September.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword
Feudal Japan, lightning-fast swordplay, and the Genma underworld — Onimusha: Way of the Sword is coming in 2026 with brutal combat and sinister characters.
Endfield

Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment have descended upon Gamescom’s Opening Night Live with a first look at John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando, the game where players team up with friends to battle hordes of creepy things before they infect the entire world. Whether behind-the-wheel or on foot, players will face massive enemy hordes and daunting bosses, all powered by Saber’s Swarm Engine, the technology behind World War Z: Aftermath and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
