This GFN Thursday brings big news, with new features rolling out now to GeForce NOW members, support for new RTX updates coming to Metro Exodus and an announcement for a new Iron Harvest DLC.
If youβre covering news on either the Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition launch date announcement or the Iron Harvest DLC, you can include that each update will be supported on GeForce NOW at launch.
Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Members can take advantage of some new service updates, starting to rollout this week, in the new GeForce NOW 2.0.29 app update. These new features include account linking for Epic Games Store and session preloading. Weβre testing both of these features with Fortniteβs PC build on GeForce NOW, which should cut the time it takes members to go from the GeForce NOW app to the game by 50%.
The app update also improves in-app search results and brings the GeForce NOW in-game overlay to Chrome browser.
Itβs all a part of our commitment to make GeForce NOW the best cloud gaming experience.
Rolling in the Deep (Silver)
We also spoke this week with our friends at Deep Silver about announcements supporting upcoming updates for KING Art Gamesβ Iron Harvest and 4A Gamesβ Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition, both of which will be supported on GeForce NOW at launch. As part of our GFN Thursday news, weβre sharing an exclusive developer Q&A on the newest updates for these games.
