Guilty Gear -Strive- Open Beta Test #2 will be happening from 14th May to 16th May, on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. In this new Beta Test, players will be able to try their hand on the complete roster of the game as Anji Mito and I-No join the list of playable characters.
The servers will be opened during the following times:
- 14th May, 04:00 a.m. BST – 16th May, 03:59 p.m. BST
In addition to the newcomers, the Open Beta Test #2 also comes with improved balancing as well as a revamped online lobby system that players will be able to discover. During the Second Open Beta Test, the following modes will be available:

- VS COM / VS 2P
- Tutorial Mode
- Training Mode
- Network Mode:
- Online Match
- Offline Modes:
*Player Matches will not be available during the beta test.
Crossplay will be supported allowing PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players to face each other.
Pre-download the Open Beta Test #2 from the 7th May at 10:00 a.m. in each country, players that still have the previous Open Beta Test version downloaded will have a patch that will update the version for the new Beta Test. Details on the timing for the patch availability will be communicated at a later date.
In addition to that, the content that will be available during the Early Access for pre-orders of the Deluxe and Ultimate edition, which starts on 8th June, 2021, has changed. Players will be able to pick their favourite character from the full roster, and play the online modes. The Story mode will also be available in its entirety.
