Crytek is turning up the heat this spooky season with the new Harvest of Ghosts event and a fresh game mode called Bounty Clash for Hunt Showdown 1896, now available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S! Dive into the action, where you’ll be battling it out in Mammon’s Gulch and Stillwater Bayou for a shot at glory in a fast-paced scramble for the Bounty Token. The Bounty Clash mode promises intense, ruthless fights, but don’t wait too long—it’s only available until October 20, then returning every weekend during the Harvest of Ghosts event, which runs until November 25.

What’s New in Bounty Clash?
In this new mode, you’ll spawn in a random compound, where a dead Boss Target awaits banishment. The twist? That banishment releases a single Bounty Token, and it’s up to you and your team to fight for it! With only 15 minutes on the clock, it’s a mad dash to grab the token and make it out alive. Rush in, claim your prize, and get out before your rivals catch up.

Harvest of Ghosts: A Hauntingly Good Time
Harvest of Ghosts brings a chilling atmosphere to Hunt: Showdown 1896 with new Pacts, weapons, and spooky mechanics that change the way you’ll approach combat. The new Pact Traits like Blast Sight (which reveals gunshots and explosions in Dark Sight) and Pain Sense (which shows injured enemies) will have you rethinking your tactics. Plus, new gear like the Bomb Launcher, Maynard Sniper, and variants like the Auto-4 Shorty will keep your loadout fresh and deadly.
Other event goodies include the Dark Dynamite Satchel—perfect for remote explosions through Dark Sight—and the Hand Crossbow Revive Bolt, letting you revive allies from a distance. There’s also a ton of new tweaks, changes, and rewards to keep things exciting as you hunt down your enemies under the eerie glow of Halloween.
