Many of us gamers become so engrossed into the gaming environment that we start to become attached to some of the characters that game developers make for us, especially some of the returning favourites from some of the biggest games of all time. Due to this, we thought we’d create a list of some of our favourite gaming characters of all time and what made them so special that they become households’ favourites.
Of course, we couldn’t create this list without mentioning one of gaming’s greatest of all time which is Mario from Super Mario Brothers. Mario was one of the first characters to burst on the gaming scene nearly 30 years ago now and has been a returning favourite ever since. Mario might be an old classic on the gaming scene, but it certainly doesn’t take away from its popularity and there may be one day when it might be knocked out of the top three, but we can’t see this happening anytime so he’s firmly one of the favourites.
One of the latest trends that many gaming and gambling companies are noticing is the crossover qualities that both industries have, and casinoszonder.com have noticed many gamers migrating onto their gambling markets due to them being some of the newest casinos on the online market and this has many benefits to gamers due to enticing them in with new promotional deals and sign up offers.
Other characters that we certainly enjoyed playing over the years, and of more recent times is John Marston from the Red Dead Redemption. If you haven’t witnessed this great play his character in the Red Dead series, and even if you have played it, no matter the number of times you’ve seen it, Marston is one of the greatest fictional gaming characters of all time.
And finally, the last character that we believe is one of the best gaming characters has to be Lara Croft who plays the lead role in Tomb Raider which has been a returning classic ever since its initial release. Lara Croft has been an on our gaming screens for nearly as long as Mario and was one of the first games on the PlayStation One and long may her reign continue as the most popular female gaming character of all time.
