Independent distributor Altitude will release Nicolas Cage’s highly anticipated thriller PIG in UK and Irish cinemas on 20 August.
A truffle hunter who lives alone in the Oregonian wilderness must return to his past in Portland in search of his beloved foraging pig after she is kidnapped.
Led by Cage, (MANDY and the recently announced BUTCHER’S CROSSING), PIG also features Alex Wolff (HEREDITARY) and Adam Arkin (SONS OF ANARCHY).
PIG is the directorial debut of Michael Sarnoski whose script is based on a story he co-wrote with Vanessa Block. The film is produced by Dimitra Tsingou, Thomas Benski, Ben Giladi, David Carrico, Adam Paulsen, Dori Rath, Joseph Restaino, Steve Tisch. Block and Cage.
