PNY Technologies, a global consumer electronics and data storage technology leader, has launched the CS2080 M.2 NVME & AIC NVMe SSDs, ideal solutions for a NVMe upgrade from a 2.5” SATA III SSD in an existing PC system. Previous performance limitations will no longer be an issue with transfer speeds of up to 3,200MB/s read and 3,000MB/s write. These SSDs are designed to be easy and cost-effective 2.5” SATA III replacements to help realize faster boot times, quicker application launches, and better overall system performance.
The PNY CS2080 NVMe Solid State Drive is available in both M.2 and AIC form factors, making it the ideal solution for enthusiasts to upgrade their current PC or Mac desktop (AIC) or laptop (M.2) computer from a 2.5” SATA III solid state drive (SSD) to an NVMe based SSD, better equipping it for more demanding applications and PC gaming. Replacing a current 2.5” SATA III SSD with a PNY CS2080 NVMe Solid State Drive will not only accelerate application launches and increase boot speeds, but it will facilitate better overall system performance. What’s more, users can easily clone their operating system, folders, files, and applications to the their new PNY CS2080 NVMe SSD using the included Acronis True Image Data Migration Software.
