Razer has announced the beta release of Razer Synapse Web, a new lightweight web app designed to give gamers instant access to essential device customisation directly from a browser.
Built for speed and flexibility, Synapse Web runs on Chromium-based browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera, removing the need to install full desktop software. This makes it ideal for competitive play, LAN events, shared PCs, and locked-down systems where traditional installs aren’t possible.
A New Layer in the Synapse Ecosystem
Razer Synapse Web acts as a streamlined extension of the existing Synapse ecosystem, bringing pro-level control into a modern, web-native format. At launch, support is focused on the Razer Huntsman V3 keyboard line, with additional devices planned as the platform expands.
Supported devices at beta launch include:
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL 8KHz
- Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini
Built for Speed, Tournaments, and Shared Systems
Synapse Web is designed for moments when time is limited and flexibility matters. Whether setting up before a tournament match or jumping onto a shared system, players can make fast adjustments without installing software.
Core features include:
- Instant access: Configure supported devices directly through a browser.
- Simplified controls: Adjust key settings and Chroma RGB Quick Effects via a clean, focused interface.
- On-board profiles: Save and edit profiles directly on device memory for consistent settings anywhere.
The tool was developed with direct feedback from Team Razer athletes and esports professionals, reflecting real competitive workflows where reliability and speed are critical.
How It Fits With Synapse 4
While Synapse Web focuses on essential tuning and portability, it complements Razer Synapse 4 rather than replacing it. Synapse 4 remains the platform for deeper customisation, including advanced Chroma RGB syncing, multi-device integration, and game-specific profiles.
Together, the two tools give players the choice between lightweight convenience and full-featured control depending on their setup.
How to Try It
Razer Synapse Web is available now as a beta. Players can test it by visiting the official Synapse Web page and connecting a supported device.
