Sandberg launches a new Outdoor Powerbank, with specifications way over the norm: 24,000 mAh, built-in solar cells, water, dust and impact resistant with IP67 certification, powerful LED flashlight and no less than three mobile unit recharging ports: Standard USB, USB with QuickCharge and USB-C.
Is such a huge configuration really needed?
‘We have launched 8000 mAh and 16000 mAh versions with fewer ports before. We’ve always found that buyers go for the highest spec. Customers in this segment are not satisfied with simply managing with what they already know is sufficient. They want to be prepared for any situation.”
The inclusion of a powerful LED flashlight in the unit, plus a snap hook to fasten the powerbank to clothing, a bag or tent means this is a product designed for use under tough conditions.
The Outdoor Powerbank is part of Sandberg’s ACTIVE range, designed for sport and outdoor use.
