During the Nintendo Direct: Nintendo Switch 2 presentation today, SQUARE ENIX unveiled two iconic RPGs making their way to the highly anticipated system: FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE and BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster.
FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE is the expanded edition of the first chapter in the FINAL FANTASY VII remake project, offering an additional story arc that unfolds during the events of the game.
BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster revives the beloved Nintendo 3DS title with enhanced graphics, new minigames, and more, bringing Luxendarc back to life on the Nintendo Switch 2.
With upgraded graphics and enhanced textures on the larger Nintendo Switch 2 screen, these critically acclaimed RPGs can now be enjoyed on the go with an experience tailored for both old and new fans.

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE: A New Journey Awaits
In FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE, players follow Cloud Strife, an ex-SOLDIER operative turned mercenary, as he joins the underground resistance group Avalanche to fight the powerful Shinra Electric Power Company in the city of Midgar. Originally released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2012, BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster returns with enhanced graphics, additional content, and new minigames. Set in the world of Luxendarc, players embark on a journey with Agnès Oblige and her companions as they fight to restore balance to the world’s elemental crystals.
The remaster retains the innovative “Brave & Default” battle system, allowing players to choose aggressive strategies or defend, giving them full control over the battle flow. With over 20 unique jobs and an epic soundtrack, BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster is set to impress both long-time fans and newcomers alike.
