Launching on March 28, Season 1 of free post-launch downloadable content (DLC) promises to keep the adrenaline pumping with new adventures for Task Force X. In this season, players will join Suicide Squad members Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark as they venture into a Brainiac invaded Elseworld to rescue an alternate reality version of The Joker. This twisted take on the iconic DC Super-Villain brings his own chaos and mayhem to the mix, complete with explosive surprises and a rocket-powered umbrella for some high-flying action.
But that’s not all! Season 1 will introduce two dedicated episodes packed with new missions, activities, and gear inspired by notorious DC Super-Villains. Episode 1: Fear kicks off with gear inspired by the terror-inducing toxins of Scarecrow and Mad Hatter, along with gear from Merlyn and Dr. Psycho. And in Episode 2: Duality, players can expect new Green Lantern infused enemies, gear sets inspired by Two-Face, and weaponry based on Reverse-Flash and Black Manta.
Plus, the action takes place in an ever-changing Elseworld version of Metropolis, distorted by The Joker’s chaotic influence, offering a fresh and dynamic backdrop for your adventures.
