Modus Games and Pixile Studios have announced that Super Animal Royale is launching in early access on Xbox Game Preview and Game Pass on June 1st. Game Pass subscribers will have free access to the Founder’s Edition on day one.
This is the first time the adorably brutal 2D multiplayer shooter, currently in Steam Early Access, will be available on a home console. Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Google Stadia versions will also arrive later this year, when the game leaves Early Access. All versions will be cross-play and cross-save compatible with each other.
Players eager to join Super Animal Royale’s feral mayhem can also download the Steam Early Access version, which has 95% “Overwhelmingly Positive” reviews, now on PC and Mac: https://store.steampowered.com/app/843380/Super_Animal_Royale/
Those who start on PC today will be able to continue where they left off on their Xbox One, Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X when it arrives on Game Preview.
