Tracks, the adorable train set builder, is out now on Xbox One and Windows 10. The game will also today transition from Early Access to full release on Steam, following a two-year Early Access period.
Steam players have also awarded the game a 100% positive recent review score, and a 92% positive overall review standing as of the time of writing. As well as being available on Steam, Tracks: The Train Set Game is also available on further great digital stores.
