This Saturday, snow-covered Moscow becomes one hot place: WG Fest 2018, the third annual festival for Wargaming titles’ fans and their families, will game and rock on all day long at the Expocentre on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. Over 15,000 guests from 40 countries will clash in war machines for prizes, witness epic tournaments’ finals and game presentations, meet the developers, have fun in entertainment areas for all ages, and headbang to Sabaton!
WG Fest 2018 will be crewed by 290+ Wargaming staff and will occupy a territory of 3 hectares (30,000 sq.m.), featuring:
- A colossal gaming zone with 450+ World of Tanks, World of Tanks Blitz, World of Tanks: Mercenaries, World of Warships, World of Warships Blitz, World of Warships: Legends, and Gods and Glory stations
- 28 activity zones for gaming enthusiasts of any age, their significant others and children
- On-stage competitive gaming: a grand World of Tanks 15 vs 15 engagement between the best clan teams of the EU and the CIS regions, and the superfinals of the people’s “Road to WG Fest with Rostelekom” 3 vs 3 World of Tanks cup
- The main stage with a powerful pop rock/rap/metal combo show by the WG Fest 2018 headliners including Sabaton, the power metal group from Sweden hailed as the creators of “battle metal”. Sabaton are World of Tanks players—avid enough to have their likenesses and their own tank in the game!
