The HCT Summer Championship concluded this weekend, with German Hearthstone player Raphael “Bunnyhoppor” Peltzer taking the win and earning a $50,000 USD share of the $250,000 USD prize pool. Peltzer won the finals at the Blizzard Arena in Burbank, California 3-1 over fellow European player Kacper “A83650” Kwieciński from Poland.
Both competitors, as well as semifinals losers David “killinallday” Acosta from the United States and Torben “Viper” Wahl from Germany qualified for participation in the 2018 Hearthstone World Championship.
