Psyonix has announced that Rocket League Season 9 begins on December 7! The elements of Fire and Ice collide in Rocket League Season 9, which will include a new Rocket Pass, Arena variant, Competitive Season, and the return of two Limited Time Events.
Rocket League Season 9 will feature:
- New Rocket Pass – The powerful new Emperor car (Breakout hitbox) stars in this season’s Rocket Pass and, in a Rocket League first, will have four different versions that can be unlocked with Rocket Pass Premium: Emperor, Emperor II, and two Fire and Ice themed Special Edition versions in the Pro Tiers, Emperor II: Frozen and Emperor II: Scorched. - Forbidden Temple (Fire & Ice) Arena Variant – The elemental dragons of Forbidden Temple have been released and have covered the Arena in permafrost and lava for Season 9.
- Frosty Fest and Neon Nights Returns – The winter holiday-themed Frosty Fest and music-themed Neon Nights Limited Time Events will both make a return later this season. More details on both events will be revealed later!
