The Esports Awards has announced Logitech, Logan Dodson, and the Eavesdrop Podcast among the first wave of winners for this year’s event. The awards were announced during tonight’s first-ever Esports Awards Prelude Show which was hosted by Gabriella ‘LeTigress’ Devia-Allen and Thom ‘F.’ Badinger.
The Prelude also played host to the Lifetime Achievement in Esports Class of 2020 which honours industry leaders who have dedicated their professional life to driving the industry forward. The class included South Korea’s biggest esports icon Lim ‘Boxer’ Yo-hwan, esports heavyweight Mike Sepso, industry veteran Craig ‘Torbull’ Levine, esports journalist Richard Lewis, street fighting legend Daigo Umehara, and esports pioneer Johnathan ‘Fatal1ty’ Wendel.

Tomorrow night exclusively on Twitch TV from 9:00pm GMT / 10:00pm CET / 13:00pm PT the Esports Awards will take center stage as the full list of winners will be announced. Tune in to see host Eefje “Sjokz” Depoortere present an evening of immersive virtual celebration.
The Esports Awards is pleased to welcome Verizon as the official 5G partner for this year’s ceremony. Verizon will also sponsor two awards, Esports Mobile Player of the Year & Esports Mobile Game of the Year as they cement their commitment to the mobile gaming community. Esports presenter Nyvi Estephan and Co-Owner & Director Of Business Development at Aftershock Media Group Matt Rutledge will present Esports Mobile Game of the Year and singer-songwriter Chrissy Costanza will announce Esports Mobile Player of the Year.
