Today, hero action battle royale game Shadow Arena begins its final phase of closed beta testing before its launch later this year. This beta will be available for the North American, European, and Asian servers from Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19, while it prepares for an early access release on Steam in the very near future.

New features for this phase of beta testing include an improved matchmaking system and better character balance, as well as normal and AI match modes, where players can practice and fight against bots. Normal matches are not counted toward a player’s ranking. This mode is intended for players who want to play the game casually without the pressure of competition.
People who sign up for a beta key will receive a special package of in-game items. The package includes the highest grade gears, a matchlock, and Red Dragon’s Offering. Players who signed up for previous beta phases can access the game without needing a key and will also receive the items that are mentioned above.
