Today YoYo Games the studio behind the GameMaker Engine announced that they will be offering everyone, inc including participants in game jam events (Train Jam, The Heart Jam and the Not Going To GDC Game Jam) from March 14th to March 28th an unrestricted license. It might only be a temporary license but its better than nothing at all.
