Straka.studio with the help from SUPERHOT PRESENTS and Slovak Arts Council have revealed that their upcoming island-shifting action-roguelike Loot River will be part of Game Pass for PC and Xbox platforms upon its launch next year. Get ready to embark upon a journey down an otherworldly river in search of knowledge and loot!
To commemorate this occasion, straka.studio has revealed an all new animated trailer that shows off Loot River’s waterlogged labyrinths in style. And if you’d like to try the game out for yourself, a new demo was just made public earlier this week on Xbox One, Xbox Series S&X, and PC. This demo allows players to play through the tutorial, a sample wooden level, and an initial dungeon run. While the full game will be procedurally-generated, this demo is locked to one seed to merely give players a taste of Loot River’s unique isle-shifting mechanic and combat system.
