The world’s leading teams battle it out at #G2uk for $70,000
G2, the second tournament organised by Gfinity, is just one week away and will be the UK’s biggest eSports tournament to date, with a $70,000 prize pot on offer.
G2 will see a range of talent attend the event and compete live on Twitch.tv on the 12th and 13th October at the London Film Museum in Covent Garden.
Tune in to see hosts iJustine – whose 3.1 million YouTube subscribers have made her one of the recognisable eSports presenters in the world – Ryan ‘Fwiz’ Wyatt and Mike ‘Hastr0’ Rufail present all legs of the tournament throughout the weekend.
And of course, show your support some of the biggest Call of Duty teams and players in the industry:
Gfinity are aiming to change the perception of eSports in the UK and help home grown professional gamers be seen as the athletes of the future. Spectator tickets are completely sold out so the only way to show your support and watch the action will be via twitch.tv/gfinityalpha from 9am on Saturday through to 9pm on Sunday.
