Sun & Moon—Forbidden Light, the brand new expansion for the highly popular Pokémon Trading Card Game is launching in the UK on the 4 May 2018, thanks to The Pokémon Company International.
The new expansion showcases the mysterious power of Necrozma, who has absorbed a Legendary Pokémon and taken on a luminous new form as Ultra Necrozma-GX. Drawn to this new light, other Pokémon, including Lucario-GX, Greninja-GX, Zygarde-GX, Yveltal-GX, Volcanion Prism Star and Arceus Prism Star, must decide whether to welcome it or resist it.
The Sun & Moon—Forbidden Light expansion will feature:
- Over 130 cards, including:
- 5 new Prism Star cards
- 8 Pokémon-GX
- 6 Ultra Beasts
- 15 Trainer cards
- 2 Special Energy cards
- Each booster pack will include:
- 10 cards from the expansion, including at least 1 rare card, plus 1 basic Energy card
