Wired Productions, Storm in a Teacup and pioneering Australian folktronica act Porcelain Pill, have announced that the titular single for the highly anticipated video game Close to the Sun is now available to purchase and stream ahead of the game’s May 2nd release.
Composed by Porcelain Pill founder Adam Scott-McGuinness, Close to the Sun was created for the atmospheric horror game of the same name, exploring the title’s dark themes and warnings through stunning vocals and mesmerising instrumentals.
Close to the Sun is Out May 2nd
“When the opportunity arose to work with Storm in a Teacup and create a single to accompany Close to the Sun, I was really excited. The imagery, story and reference to mythology resonated with everything I am as a songwriter. The game has become the catalyst for the best music I have created to date.” – Porcelain Pill.
