In July, a new opus of the TrackMania series was released: TrackMania. If the name is not very original, this game really stands out from its predecessors, as much on the technical level, the gameplay, as on the economic model. The TrackMania racing game series

This new game is developed by Nadeo and by the team behind the best games of the series; it is published by Ubisoft. It is the continuation of TrackMania’s historic Nations series and was released on July 1st, 2020.

If the game is simply called TrackMania (like the first game), it is probably because it is meant to be a service game: a game that never changes but receives regular updates. New environments
Whereas the previous titles were restricted to the different environments, having only the classic road, grass and soil, the new TrackMania goes further. It keeps the classic road, transforms the soil into clay but adds sand and ice!
With a lot of new blocks, the map editor will offer new possibilities, even more than before because the size of the map has been doubled! Also, new blocks have been added: the red propeller (a more powerful propeller than the yellow one that already existed), the slow down block, the fragile block (if you hit walls the car gets damaged and drives slower), the reset block (removes all the effects of the car).
