Thanks to TorrentFreak, we have just found out that NitroXenon the owner of your beloved Terrarium TV app, could if asked by authorities hand over all your user IP’s. So if you were gullible enough not to run a VPN, you could be in a little trouble depending on the country you live in.
This is what he said exactly
“I’m just telling the truth,” he told TF. “Almost every app tracks user’s IP [addresses]. And if I must [hand] the info to authorities then I’ll do it.”
This is odd, as he should have deleted everything when he closed down the app, so it makes us think, did he close down because of legal ramifications and threats from the authorities and could he now be working with the authorities for some reason we do not know.
