1047 Games, developer of fast-paced sci-fi multiplayer shooter Splitgate, has announced a partnership with blockchain Esports entertainment platform SLIVER.tv. Exclusive in-game items will be available to viewers who watch streamers broadcast Splitgate gameplay to SLIVER.tv; viewers will automatically share their upload bandwidth and earn Theta Fuel, or “TFuel” for short. TFuel can be used to purchase exclusive gun skins in the SLIVER shop or generously donated back to the streamers.

Splitgate launches May 22nd for free on Steam and has been highly regarded during its Beta run by top streamers such as Summit1g, shroud, CouRage, and hundreds more. While viewing Splitgate matches on community-driven live streaming platform SLIVER.tv, players will be able to earn TFuel simply by logging in and watching live content. Viewers can also use TFuel to purchase in-game exclusive skins or for discounts on real-world products from sponsors.
