Pearl Abyss has announced that heroine Hexe Marie enters the Shadow Arena battlefield. Hexe Marie is the 19th character to be added to Pearl Abyss’s free to play Hero Action Battle Royale game that is currently in early access on Steam.
Hexe Marie uses a mix of melee attacks and special long range skills. With her necromancy powers she can build an army of skeleton soldiers by using the dead bodies of players or monsters with her inherent magic skill “Wicked Sorcery”.
The skeleton soldiers are very powerful but it takes time and effort to build an army. So the main goal for players that choose Hexe Marie would be to survive long enough to be able in raising a substantial skeleton army that can overpower her enemies. As a last resort she can also choose to let her army explode. She can also fire projectiles of darkness at approaching enemies.
To celebrate Hexe Marie’s arrival, there will be a YouTube video event. From 12/3 to 12/13, anyone who uploads a strategy/tip video about Hexe Marie with the hashtags #HexeMarie and #ShadowArena can enter the competition. The first place winner can get a special Goyen skin named Gavi Regan. This special skin can be obtained only through the event. The second and third places will get skin selection coupon.
