GAME supports St Mungo’s Broadway’s Zombie day with #GAMEOutbreak in-store activity
To mark Zombie Day 2015 and raise money for homeless charity St Mungo’s Broadway, GAME is announcing a series of UK wide in-store events that Call of Duty fans will be dying to attend.
Tomorrow, GAME stores across the UK will be savaged by a deadly outbreak released from HQ by #GAMEOutbreak, where all stores will come under attack of a rapidly spreading Zombie infection. It will be down to its loyal community of gamers to come to the rescue. Heroes will be able to save the day by going in store and using the GAME App Scan It! technology to scan the special medi-pack posters on display. To reward such heroism, customers will be entered into a prize draw, with the chance of winning a PlayStation 4 and a copy of the hotly anticipated Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
To support St Mungo’s Broadway, 50p from all Call of Duty pre-orders taken in-store between 9-11 October will be donated to help improve the lives of those who are homeless or at risk of becoming so.
Fred Prego, Insight and Marketing Director at GAME says: “Much like the rest of the UK, at GAME we’ve been infected with the love for zombies.
“With the introduction of the new and improved zombie level in the latest Call of Duty, we want to celebrate this day and we know our community of gamers will enjoy turning the shopping experience into a game of its own.
“With money from preorders going to such a good cause, it’s a no brainer to get involved.”
