A new study from Comparethemarket.com analyses Google and YouTube search data to reveal the games people are searching for help with the most.
The data also revealed the average length it takes to complete each game. You can view the full link to access the research here
The research unearthed many conclusions that you will find surprising:
- Animal crossing is the game that has been searched for help on the most times with 1,040,010 searches a year
- The second most searched for game – which is The Witcher 3 – doesn’t even come close to Animal Crossing since it only had 495,200 searches for help.
- The Witcher 3 also appears in the top 10 longest games to complete list. Yet at 51.5 hours, The Witcher seems like a short stroll in the park compared to the longest games to complete – Minecraft and Persona 5, which each take 97 hours to complete.
