Developers Aurora Studios are pleased to announce the successful launch of new anti-cheat security measures for hit battle royale Ring of Elysium. The host of newly implemented features designed to protect the game’s fair play environment include technical upgrades and cheater behavior analysis have revitalized the game environment for players.
Since launching new security features on January 27th, Aurora Studios are pleased to report that 5,306 players have been banned due to displaying cheating behavior. In addition, daily in-game reporting of players has reduced by 41% and those players that had been found to be cheating and reported by more than 3 players has been reduced by 64%.
In addition to security updates, Aurora Studios will be further optimizing the TenProtect anti-cheat system and removing the game’s request for administrator permission. “We wanted to address the concerns that we’ve received from players regarding the administrator’s permission pop-up window upon launching the game.” said Aurora Studios “We plan to remove this requirement and focus our efforts on continuing to optimize the anti-cheat system to provide a better gameplay environment for players.”
