Already on August 30 this year, Ultimate Fishing Simulator will leave Steam Early Access. This new fishing game has been significantly enhanced and improved in recent months, in accordance with the adopted plan. As the manufacturer points out, Ultimate Fishing Simulator stands out with its diverse fisheries, a unique water system, different fishing methods and a variety of multiplayer modes.
Ultimate Fishing Simulator is a game designed by the Polish studio Bit Golem. The publisher is Ultimate Games S.A.

Fishing attractions
According to the creators’ declarations, Ultimate Fishing Simulator introduces new standards to the category of fishing games. In the production of Bit Golem a proprietary system of photorealistic water (Ultimate Water System) among others, was used. Also introduced, for example, was the view from the perspective of the bait as well as dynamic changes of weather.
“Compared to other fishing games, our production stands out not only with its attractive artwork, but also many innovative solutions. We introduced fishing methods that are not standard in games of this kind. This includes bottom and fly methods as well as sea fishing. Ice fishing is also possible. We offer players the most comprehensive approach to fishing and a wide spectrum of possibilities. What’s important is that both avid anglers and people who have no experience related to fishing will enjoy the game” added Mateusz Zawadzki.
Ultimate Fishing Simulator uses a development system based on experience points and virtual money to unlock new skills and purchase more advanced equipment.
Fish and fisheries
Waiting for players, among other things, are several dozen different fish species, a total of 7 locations (fisheries) referring to real places and several different boats (e.g. a yacht and a motorboat).
“We focused on diversity – each fishery in Ultimate Fishing Simulator is a separate ecosystem that requires a different approach from the player. Each species of fish, just like in real life, responds only to certain types of baits. To increase the realism, we have included also the impact of weather changes on the behavior of fish, e.g. wind and rain” added Mateusz Zawadzki.
Multiplayer and creating fisheries
As the producer indicates, multiplayer modes play an important role, including game tournaments.
“Online competition gives additional opportunities for fun. Players can take part in the various tournaments and take on occasional challenges. Of course, there are also standard modes and options” notes the CEO of Ultimate Games S.A.
Additional modes have also been prepared for people who like to implement their own visions. This possibility is made available by, for example, the fishery editor, in which players can create their own fishery from scratch.
At the end of the year, the creators intend to also issue an addition (so-called DLC – a new Moraine Lake fishery). In 2019, the Ultimate Fishing Simulator will appear on current generation consoles.

Ultimate Fishing Simulator will leave Steam Early Access August 30, 2018. The game will cost 29.99 USD. Until the time of leaving with Early Access, the current price will apply (19.99 USD).
