In addition to this week’s Game Ready on GeForce NOW release, Nvidia are adding NVIDIA Highlights support to Apex Legends, thanks to smart pattern and image recognition on our cloud servers.
This week, we’re excited to add new NVIDIA Highlights support for Apex Legends. EA’s insanely popular free-to-play Battle Royale game now uses our smart pattern and image recognition to automatically detect and capture gameplay moments. Contenders from across the Frontier can share their glory, fame and fortune. This expansion of NVIDIA Highlights will continue rolling out to more users in the weeks ahead.
Apex Legends joins a growing list of games on GeForce NOW with Highlights. The full list of games can be found here. Stay tuned to see which games get support next and when we add macOS support!
Game Ready on GeForce NOW
The GeForce NOW commitment to release more instantly accessible games to our members every week continues with this week’s instalment of Game Ready on GeForce NOW Thursdays.
When you fire up your favorite game, you’re playing it instantly. That’s what it means to be Game Ready on GeForce NOW. The experience has been optimized for cloud gaming and includes Game Ready Driver performance improvements. NVIDIA manages the game updates and patches. And when a game supports RTX, it includes beautifully ray-traced graphics.
This week features a total of 15 games, including returning favorites like Besiege.
And when the Epic Vault opens to awesome free games each week, we’ll be right there working to bring those games to GeForce NOW too. This week we’re working on The Escapists 2 and Killing Floor 2. Keep an eye out for confirmation on Thursdays once we’ve onboarded new game launches.
