Sumo Digital has launched the first major update for Apple Arcade exclusive Spyder, adding Daily Micro Missions and the brand-new Incognito Mode.
In Spyder, players take on the role of an unexpected hero: a spider-like gadget called Agent 8. This stealth adventure-puzzler is inspired by classic spy movies and Pixar animations, and sees players infiltrating high-security locations from the depths of the ocean to outer space.
Hone your skills as Agent 8 with the new Daily Micro Missions, featuring challenging environments that will put Agent 8 to the test. Each day, players will have access to one of 30 Daily Micro Missions, which expand on Spyderβs acclaimed tactile navigation.
Your aim is to complete three mission objectives within three minutes to ensure Agent 8 is always ready for action. More competitive players can even compete to become the worldβs best agent, by checking out the associated leaderboards.
Itβs time to go undercover with Agent 8 in Incognito Mode. This new mode gives players the chance to revisit the gameβs core levels and play through in new disguises. Collect the βIncognito Stickersβ in each mission to have one of nine random disguises assigned to you. The disguises feature beloved spy tropes, pop culture references and more β including a team favourite based on Marilyn Monroe!
Players will also be able to find costumes to get into the spirit of Halloween, by participating in the Daily Micro Missions.
