a leading manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash products, is pleased to announce that it will be at the Flash Memory Summit 2018 (Booth 714), one of the most important memory and storage tradeshows worldwide. The event is scheduled to take place from August 7-9 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. ADATA will be exhibiting its latest enterprise-class SR2000 PCIe U.2 (2.5”) and AIC solid state drives (SSD), M.3 Next Generation Small Form Factor (NGSFF) SSD, embedded storage, and DRAM modules. In addition, ADATA will be demonstrating its firmware for “SLC Cache” and “Non-SLC Cache”, which can be used for a variety of applications.
Enterprise-Class SR2000 PCIe U.2 (2.5”) and AIC SSDs
ADATA will showcase its latest enterprise-class SR2000 series SSD, including the SR2000SP U.2 PCIe and SR2000CP PCIe HHHL AIC SSDs. They are built on 3D eTLC NAND Flash technology to offer superb transfer rates, higher capacities that range from 2TB to 11TB, and added endurance. In addition, they come with a value-added scalable over-provisioning (OP) software to give IT managers the flexibility to set OP capacity. These SSDs are purpose-made for enterprise servers, high-performance computing (HPC), data centers, and big data analytics.
The SR2000SP U.2 PCIe SSD features superb transfer rates of up to 3.5GB per second, including random read and write speeds of up to 830,000 and 140,000 IOPS respectively. SR2000CP PCIe HHHL AIC SSDs deliver excellent sequential read and write speeds of up to 6.0 and 3.8GB per second, and random read and write speeds of 1 million and 150,000 IOPS. Featuring support for LDPC ECC technology, H/W power loss protection, and end-to-end data protection, SR2000 series SSDs meet the exacting performance and safety standards required for enterprise and industrial applications.
M.3 Next Generation Small Form Factor SSD
ADATA is also unveiling its new M.3 NGSFF industrial-grade SSD, the IM3P33EC, at the summit. With support for NVMe 1.3 and PCIe Gen3x8 interface, the IM3P33EC provides stunning read/write speeds of up to 3,200/1,700MB per second. It also features hot-plug functionality, power loss protection, AES 256-bit encryption, and end-to-end data protection, which are essential capabilities for servers, data centers, big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI).
Industrial-Grade DDR4 Memory
ADATA has been working hard to perfect durable DDR4 2666MHz modules that meet the strictest operational requirements and provide excellent stability. The result is ADATA’s new DDR4 SO-RDIMM and DDR4 NV R-DIMM. The 260-pin SO-RDIMM is ideally suited for Edge Intelligence Servers (EIS), networking, and HPC. Meanwhile, the NV R-DIMM backs up DRAM contents to flash during power loss, safeguarding data from unexpected power outages or system crashes. With this capability, the NV R-DIMM is a well-suited solution for enterprise-grade servers and data centers.
