Klabater has announced Crossroads Inn has now officially become Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition on STEAM, GOG, Humble Store, and other PC digital stores. Anniversary Edition is the definitive edition complete with tons of improvements, new content, new characters, improved UI and AI, and includes all previously released DLC.
Owners of the original real-time management sim, which is set in the original fantasy world of Delcrys, will receive Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition for free as THANK YOU for their support.
“A year ago, last October, Crossroads Inn released on PC. Our amazing community gifted us with a lot workable feedback which we decided to use to create a definitive edition of the game, which we are calling Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition.” – said Michal Gembicki, CEO in Klabater – “As a gift to our community for their support, all existing owners of the game will receive the Anniversary Edition as a free update. This definitive edition includes new pathfinding, improved AI, enhanced engine performance, refined UI, and brand new tutorials, which we believe will assist new players in quickly and easily join the world of Delcrys and get their taverns built and start servicing customers quickly.”
Crossroads Inn Anniversary Edition includes:
- An epic campaign, Sandbox mode, and dozen of scenarios
- Pests & Puppies DLC with lovely pets and malicious pests
- The Pit DLC: Open an underground basement and run all kinds of illegal activities
- Hooves & Wagons DLC: guests now own horses and wagons with them
- Bath & Beauty DLC: offering beautiful bathtubs and bathrooms
- Crops & Harvest DLC (new content!): time to gather crops and feast!
- Digital goodies pack: unique cookbook, soundtrack, all sketches, and concepts that were used during development
- New bard and a new adventurer
- Chinese language support! – Crossroads Inn turned out to be a hit in China and so the Anniversary Edition will include a Chinese (simplified) version of the game! The game will continue to support Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian languages.
When it comes to gameplay improvements, Anniversary Edition mostly deals with the following issues:
- New Pathfinding & AI
- Engine Performance
- UI & Tutorial
There’s also good news for Season Pass holders. All season passes are now extended for free throughout 2021 with new features, recipes, and fun activities! Season Pass Steam card is now changed into Season Pass 2. It will provide access to unique premium content that will be released next year – as soon as it’s published!
